DHT Problems, Waiting to Log In

I'm new to these forums because I've never had an issue with utorrent in the 3+ years I've used it. A few days ago I was trying to download some torrents and nothing happened. Utorrent says DHT "0" Nodes or DHT Waiting to Log in. I've turned off Windows firewall and Norton and still get no results. I've deleted my dht.dat and dht.dat.old files and still cannot download anything. Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Turning off a non-Windows firewall does not remove its influence, you have to either configure it correctly or uninstall it. And if you have any of the products listed on this page, the latter is preferred for your case: http://service1.symantec.com/Support/ts … 3108162039

If you've never had a problem with Zone Alarm before, you're either blind or out of luck.
Always kill Norton with FIRE: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/ … 10133834EN
